Timber Rock Lodge is owned and hosted by Michelle and Ralph Trieschmann. Michelle grew up in Scott County and has always felt connected to the land, the people, and the quiet beauty of East Tennessee. She met and married Ralph while they were in college in South Florida, and together their journey took them from Florida to Oklahoma, then to St. Louis. Years later, they felt called back to Oneida, where they discovered the property that would become Timber Rock Lodge and immediately knew it was something worth restoring.

After 2020, the lodge and surrounding grounds were thoughtfully renovated and brought back to life with the support of a community that rallied behind the vision. Local talent, craftsmanship, and hard work touched nearly every part of the transformation, and the process created jobs while rebuilding a place that now welcomes guests from near and far. Michelle and Ralph are proud to be dedicated business leaders and engaged community members, focused on strengthening family, trust, and connection through the experiences hosted here.
