It’s helpful to have a clear idea of your total wedding budget before visiting.

— Here’s why:

Planning a wedding budget is one key way to set your priorities and estimate what it might cost to achieve them on your big day. What you are able to spend for your dream wedding will help frame not just which venue to choose, but how many guests you invite and what sort of reception you host.

Please bring anyone with you to the tour that you would like to see the venue prior to booking.

Here’s why:

Having all your key decision-makers with you on the tour allows everyone to get their questions answered and to really get the creative juices flowing. Besides, scheduling multiple tours for you and for us is challenging, so we can only offer one private tour for you to take full advantage of the one on one attention.

Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.

— Here’s why:

We hear from couples just like you on a daily basis and need to be fair to them about what dates we have available or not. The only way to be sure we should remove a date from our calendar is to get your date under contract and pay the Reservation Fee.

If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please be courteous and give us 24 hours notice.

Here’s why:

Our team is dedicated to providing you the support you need as you plan your wedding day, that said, their time is as valuable to them as yours is to you. Some of the Team may also need to travel to meet you at the venue. Giving us notice that you may have to postpone will allow us to turn our attentions to other couples who may need our help or to one of our constant projects to make more and more improvements to the venue.

“Timber Rock Lodge was all we had hoped for as a reception venue for our daughter’s wedding! Michelle & Ralph were wonderful to work with and went above & beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. I can’t recommend this venue enough for large or small events.”

“We selected the venue because it has great indoor and outdoor spaces for all of your wedding festivities; as well as all the amenities (tables, chairs, linens, drinks, bar!!) And for the big day, Ralph & Michelle came through in a BIG way! Answered questions, answered prayers, and over-the-top customer service that honestly felt more like family.”
