When you celebrate at Timber Rock Lodge, the property is yours. You and your guests can enjoy the full experience without sharing the venue with another wedding or event.

Your wedding day doesn't have to happen in just one room. Move naturally throughout the property from a rehearsal dinner on the Stone Patio to a ceremony at The Cliffs, a reception in the Great Hall, dancing under the string lights in The Courtyard, and evening conversations around the firepits.
And there are no additional charges for choosing different ceremony or gathering spaces.

We'll handle the set-up and breakdown of your tables and chairs so you don't have to worry about it.

White or black floor-length tablecloths are available for your reception. A dry-cleaning fee applies to linens that are used.

Our indoor spaces are climate controlled, giving you and your guests a comfortable place to celebrate regardless of the weather.

We have plenty of restrooms and accessible areas throughout the property. A golf cart is also available to help transport guests with mobility issues to The Cliffs if they are unable to use the boardwalk stairs.
For overnight guests with mobility challenges, Room 1 is accessible with wide doorways, low entry shower with a pull down seat, handy dual shower controls, and extra grab bars throughout the bathroom.

Having accommodations right on the property can also make your wedding weekend more convenient and more cost-effective than arranging separate lodging and transportation for your closest guests.

The Barna Suite is reserved exclusively for the wedding couple and gives you a private place to stay, get ready and unwind throughout your wedding weekend. The spacious suite includes a large king bedroom and an attached getting ready room featuring lighted make-up mirrors, adjustable height chairs for professional hair and make-up, a large ring light, full size mirror, and an extra tall clothing rack perfect for long dresses.
The Barna Suite creates a comfortable home base for the couple before and after the celebration.
Having your own suite right on the property means you can step away for a quiet moment whenever you need to, while still being just steps away from your family, friends and wedding festivities. It’s another thoughtful amenity included with your Timber Rock Lodge wedding without the need to search for and book separate accommodations for the weekend.

You won't be required to meet a minimum catering or bar spend to host your wedding at Timber Rock Lodge.
Your food and beverage choices can be based on your guest count, your preferences and your budget, not an arbitrary minimum. That flexibility can make a meaningful difference in the overall cost of your wedding.

We have a list of trusted vendors we've gotten to know and feel comfortable recommending. They are vetted and we know they provide exceptional service. They know our space.
You're welcome to choose from our list or bring in licensed and insured vendors of your own choosing.

We're happy to share our experience, answer questions and offer guidance throughout the planning process. We've seen a lot of weddings and we're here to help you make thoughtful decisions about your own based on what has worked in the past at Timber Rock Lodge.
Please note we are not wedding planners and do not facilitate or negotiate vendor relationships.

If you don't already have an officiant, Ralph is a Tennessee notary public and can officiate your ceremony.
And, as our couples will tell you, he's pretty amazing at it!
There is a fee of $100 for this service.

We, Michelle and Ralph, are the owners and operators of Timber Rock Lodge. We don't simply manage the property or hand you the keys and send you on your way. We live here, we are here, and we take every wedding and celebration personally.
We get to know our couples. We listen to what matters to you. We're here throughout your wedding weekend, quietly working behind the scenes, anticipating needs, helping with the unexpected and making sure you and your guests are cared for.
It's one of those intangibles that's difficult to appreciate until you're actually experiencing it. But it's something we hear about again and again from our couples and their guests. It’s the personal attention, the feeling that someone is looking out for them, and the difference it makes to have the owners themselves invested in their celebration.
We believe exceptional value isn't just about what a venue costs. It's about what you receive for your investment and how you're treated along the way.
We don't want your wedding to simply be another event on our calendar. We want it to be a celebration that matters to us, too.

The Bridal Ready Room / Honeymoon Suite (Barna Suite)
The Barna Suite is a two-room king suite with a private dual vanity bathroom. The sitting room doubles as the Bridal Dressing Room with make-up stations set-up and seating to lounge comfortably and visit. It also features a full-length oversize mirror so you’re sure to look amazing for your walk down the aisle. There’s even a mini fridge to keep your snacks handy and an extra-tall dress rack to keep your dresses ready and wrinkle free!.
